Preferably set in a public place, the large book form combines the tactility of
textile (appliqué, felting, and embroidery) and interactive materials (made of found material,
metal sheets, air-dry clay, wood carving, etc.) and animation/ video work. The viewers can
explore different parts of the narrative by interacting with textile panels and sculptural elements,
as the book will have movable or foldable elements. Pages of this book will also be left blank to
be filled in by the viewer with their lived experiences, encouraged to engage with the work, have
conversations, visualise, and add their own experiences.
